Getting around

a3dfgWalt Disney World is an enormous complex. Walt Disney World is totally doable without a car if you prefer. Getting around by foot is plausible, but it could wear you out. This resort provides services such as Walt Disney World Transportation shuttles and Disney Monorail to get around with wait times around 20 minutes or so. If you can’t bother walking, you can rent a scooter for cruising around the complex. Taxis and application-based transportation like Uber and Lyft are now also available to take you around the park.

When to visit

When children are out of school, the resort will experience a busy season. Certain weekends and holidays like Labor Day though are sometimes reliably slower. If you want a much needed less populous crowd, when it is possible, go during the school year on a weekday. The masses have a tendency to surge at the end of the year, but Walt Disney World is wonderfully magical around October to early January for Halloween and the holiday season, for no expense is spared on the festive decor.
