- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 2:00 PM Check out: 12:00 PM (ask our reception for late check out)
- What if I need to check in at a later time?
- Our reception is open 24/7 and is ready to welcome you
- Can I pay using my credit card?
- Yes, we gladly accept payments by American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro and CartaSi
- Cancellations and charges
- For cancellations up to 2 days prior the arrival, no fee will be charged. The cancellation and no-show fee are equal to the first night of your reservation. This is the standard cancellation policy, but check if there are different cancellation policies during congress and fairs.
- Does the hotel offer a parking garage?
- Carolus Hotel has a special agreement with a private garage with valet service.
- Does the hotel offer an Internet access?
- Yes. An Internet Point is always at guests’ disposal, and every room and common area of the hotel is covered by a free WI-FI Internet connection.
- Is it possible to rent a car?
- Yes, our staff will gladly assist you to reserve a car, and will contact car rental companies such as Hertz and Avis for you.
- Can museum tickets and tours be reserved through the Carolus hotel?
- Yes, our staff will be pleased to make reservations for the most important museums and tours in Florence for you.
